Welcome... Welcome!
H.E.L.P. was founded to provide a network of resources for rescuing horses.
Our Dream We are developing a nationwide network of volunteers who will be able to assist in hauling, sheltering, caring, and/or fostering these horses. Perhaps you can provide an overnight for a horse in quarantine until his next mover can receive him, you can haul him "x" number of miles to his next hauler, provide veterinary care that is so desperately needed, make phone calls, etc.
We are only limited by our imaginations!
How can this be accomplished? If each state in the US has a lead person who could be contacted (who would have the names and addresses of other contacts in their state), we could move and care for these horses anywhere in the US!
